How to Qualify


  • / Your qualification process

    Qualified buyers will have the opportunity to meet with the finest collection of luxury travel suppliers. Given the high demand for places, we can only accept those that fulfil our strict criteria, including placing regular outbound business in APAC and servicing a current client base of high net worth individuals. From private travel designers to retail travel agencies, concierge companies to outbound tour operators, see whether you fit our criteria below.

    • Operate within the APAC region on an outbound basis to multiple markets, across a minimum of two continents
    • Show evidence of recent or future bookings placed in luxury travel
    • Provide us with three references, two of which must be a direct luxury property bookings - all bookings must be made in the last 60 days or for future months
    • Be an established player in the market place for a minimum of 12 months
    • Be a senior decision maker with the authority to procure luxury travel products and services.
    • Not intend to sell or promote your product at ILTM Asia Pacific.
  • What kind of buyer are you?

    Once qualified, you’ll work closely with the buyer team to find the right option for you. ILTM has three buyer packages available; find one that best suits you:

    Appointments: Managing your appointments via the Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA) system is compulsory.

    Travel and accommodation: You will receive up to 4 nights’ accommodation.*

    Appointments: Managing your appointments via the Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA) system is compulsory.

    Travel and accommodation: All such expenses will be at your own cost.

    Appointments: Managing your appointments via the Self-Scheduled Appointment (SSA) tool is available, if required.

    Travel and accommodation: All such expenses will be at your own cost.

    Please note: this option incurs a fee of $900.
