Your badge will be sent to you via email from [email protected] around two weeks before the event. Printing your badge is required before you arrive at the event.
While at the event, if you have any questions concerning your badge, please go to the Registration Desk so the ILTM Team can assist you.
Please make sure you always have your badge with you as it is required to access all appointments, networking events, and educational sessions.
All appointments are scheduled on your behalf by ILTM and are matched based on the preferences provided by buyers and exhibitors during the PSA process. Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSAs) are what these are known as. Participants may begin the PSA process as of Wednesday, May 2, 2023. The PSA process ends on May 23, 2023, a Thursday.
To fill any gaps in their schedule, attendees can also send meeting requests. Self-Scheduled Appointments (SSAs) are what these are known as. Participants may begin the SSA process as of Thursday, May 30, 2023. The SSA process ends on June 8, 2023, a Thursday.
Once your final appointment diary is confirmed, you can view it on the ILTM app.
One week before the event, you'll get an email with your appointment schedule. The ILTM app offers a web-based version of your personal appointment diary.
If you would like a paper copy of your appointment schedule, you will need to print it out ahead of time and bring it with you as ILTM does not provide paper copies of individual appointment schedules.
Each 15-minute appointment is one-to-one with a 5-minute break in between, and an extended break for lunch.
While there are 5 minutes between each appointment, there are additional break times during the week:
- Tuesday: 3.35pm – 4pm
- Wednesday: 10.35am – 11am & 3.35pm – 4pm
- Thursday: 10.35am – 11am & 3.35pm – 4pm
Tuesday through Thursday, the lunch break is from 12:35pm to 2 pm.
All buyers and exhibitors must attend each of their scheduled appointments. If you miss an appointment, this will be considered a 'no-show' and you will be asked to explain why. Missing appointments can result in no further invites to future ILTM events, and in some cases, fees.
Yes, the ILTM app will be your new best friend!
Custom-made, our portfolio app is an essential tool that will allow you to maximise your time at ILTM Asia Pacific. You can view the event programme, check your appointment schedule (no need to print it!), give real-time feedback on those appointments, and engage with your community via the activity stream.
Your personal log-in information will be provided to you one week before the event, and the app can be quickly and easily downloaded from Google Play or the App Store.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, ILTM offers complimentary transfers from our host hotels to the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in the morning before the show and once more at the end of the appointment schedule.
Transfers follow a rigid schedule*, so please familiarise yourself with it and be at the transfer locations well in advance to prevent missing your transfer.
You are responsible for getting yourself to the Sands Expo & Convention centre if you miss your transfer. Taxi or a short subway ride are your two alternatives for getting there.

The average temperature ranges between 26 °C and 32 °C. June is the beginning of the southwest monsoon season, rainfall usually take place during mid to late afternoons.
The majority of guests choose to dress professionally. We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes to appointments because you could be walking quite a bit. During after-hours events, the dress code is more flexible, and most attendees choose to attend more casually dressed.
Please be aware that some of our networking does occur outdoors. Equally, you might wish to bring a lightweight jacket or shawl because Singapore's air conditioning can get pretty chilly indoors.

The Opening Forum is where ideas and entertainment collide. Setting the scene for the week ahead, this is where an understanding of the new breed of luxury traveller takes shape.
Then, starting at 7 pm, join us for a Welcome Cocktail, giving you the chance to relax and mingle in The Ritz-Carlton's quiet enclave with lush greenery surroundings.
Yes! We have the Opening Forum and Welcome Cocktail on Monday, June 19, and then we wrap off the week in style with the iconic Closing Party at LAVO, Marina Bay Sands on Thursday, June 22. It’s sure to be an unforgettable one!

For exhibitors needing to cancel their participation, please get in touch with your sales manager. Depending on when you cancel, full payment may still be required.
ILTM does not offer food or beverages during the event.
In the top left corner of the exhibition floor, there will be a sizable café/restaurant that offers a variety of hot bento boxes starting at about S$25 as well as various salads and sandwiches. Marina Bay Sands has a sizable dining hall with a variety of options as an alternative.
It's important to stay hydrated at a show, so please make use of the free water available throughout the venue. Small acts can have a big impact, so we strongly encourage you to bring your own reusable bottle to refill at the stations.
