  • Start planning for success

    We know that our event can be overwhelming for first-time attendees; therefore, we want to ensure you have a seamless journey exhibiting at ILTM in Cannes.

    Our sales team are always on hand to guide you through the entire process. They will make sure you choose the right options for your company, including your stand (location and design) and your appointment diary.

  • Your meeting diary

    You will receive a diary of appointments covering the 3 days. These appointments will be 20 minutes long and pre-scheduled based on the preference selections made during the matching process. This means you will have the opportunity to select the very best buyers in luxury travel.

    Once the matching process has taken place, you are given access to an online appointment diary in order to fill any gaps you may have with self-scheduled appointments. Your diary will be finalised two weeks before the show ensuring you are fully prepared for all your meetings.

  • Choose your stand

    Once you have chosen your preferred stand location you are ready to choose your stand package. There are three options to choose from:

    Build your own: we provide the floor space; you source your own stand designers and suppliers to construct your stand.

    Standard Rate
    Level 1 - €1,455 per m²
    Level 2/3 - €1,465 per m²

    Minimum stand build 9m². Exhibitor personnel badges can be purchased at €690 + TVA.

    ILTM do it for you: we can help you build and design your stand, giving you more time to focus on planning your meetings. This package includes carpet, walls, fascia signage, lighting & power. Furniture is not included.

    Level 2/3 - €1,670 per m²

    Available to stands 12m² and over.

  • Your package

    A bespoke online appointment diary; access to the world’s top media editors through a variety of events; entry into the highly regarded ILTM Global Forum; invitations to the official ILTM Opening Party and the opportunity to purchase additional delegate badges to bring along your team.

    Please note: personnel registered onsite during the event will be subject to an additional handling fee.
