The 8th edition of ILTM Africa, Africa’s premiere luxury B2B travel market, will again be showcasing the finest getaways and experiences that the continent has to offer, in one of their most pristine settings at the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden in Cape Town from 2-4 April 2020.

The scope of #ILTMAfrica20 is bigger than before, and returning to the world’s great botanical gardens, it will showcase more of one of the Host City of Cape Town’s most iconic locations. Set against the Eastern slopes of the iconic Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden covers 528 hectares, with the vast majority of its area dedicated to natural forest, fynbos and a wide variety of indigenous birds, animals, reptiles, frogs and invertebrates. The Garden is home to more than 125 species of birds and a host of reclusive animals, including the Grysbok, Caracal, Small spotted genet and Cape fox.

A number of staggeringly beautiful walks and trails are found in the gardens. ILTM Africa visitors will be able to make the most of these opportunities during the event.

26 Countries were represented at ILTM Africa 2019, with first-time attendees visiting from Kenya, Poland, Denmark and France. Over 3 700 individual appointments were set up between Buyers and Exhibitors in 2019, offering an unprecedented number of opportunities for the establishment of long-term relationships and the brokering of major luxury travel deals 2020 is set to be bigger and better!

The moyo restaurant at Kirstenbosch will again be transformed into ILTM Africa’s meeting space during the 2020 event. Set against the gardens’ great beauty, the venue prides itself on showcasing the warmth, friendliness and charm of Africa with curated entertainment and world-class African cuisine. moyo embodies Africa’s finest urban cuisines offering ILTM Africa attendees a taste of the continent.
