ILTM Asia Pacific 2025 – Highlighting Regional Growth And Global Opportunities In Luxury Travel

ILTM Asia Pacific 2025 confirmed that 40,000 dedicated, mutually matched meetings had taken place during last week’s event in Singapore – an increase of 12%. The meetings were pre-scheduled for 740 leading luxury travel suppliers from across the world and 740 of the region’s luxury travel advisors and curators representing these high-spending regional travellers.
Setting the scene at the ILTM Asia Pacific Opening Forum, Dr Simon Baptist, Principal Asia-Pacific Economist at Visa revealed dedicated research highlighting that the Asia Pacific region will account for nearly half of all new high net worth individuals between 2025 and 2028. The research also detailed the differing preferences by market and demographic and the continuing focus on wellbeing.
This was further confirmed by Alison Gilmore, Director of the ILTM Portfolio, highlighting the latest ‘Buzz v Reality’ research produced by ILTM in association with Altiant. The research reveals details of how the global concept of ‘wellness’ is continuing to shift confirming that travelling with purpose and meaning is the cornerstone for many wealthy travellers’ plans.
Over 70 influential media from across the region were also in attendance and many of these editors, along with the agents present were delighted to travel the world in the four days of the show and meet so many luxury suppliers in person.
The enthusiasm of the luxury travel buyers who attended the event was clear.
