Exhibit Safe

Creating safe stands for business

As we prepare to deliver ILTM Cannes there are some changes for our exhibitors to be aware of, to ensure we all create and maintain safe environments to do business.

For further information about the regulations for exhibiting please see the Exhibitor Manual.

Physical distancing

Simplify the design of your stand in order to:

  • Facilitate stand cleaning
  • Encourage open spaces, and avoid closed offices
  • Position the furniture far enough apart to respect the safety distances.

We encourage you to position tables 1m apart to ensure distancing on the stand.

Enclosed stands

Please refer to the full technical regulations in the Exhibitor Manual as there are specific venue regulations that need to be adhered to.

Stand hospitality & catering

Hospitality is now allowed on stands - individual portions only - but you should try to avoid overcrowding and we recommend you maintain 1m distancing on the stand at all times. Consider that attendees may have new levels of comfort and crowded drinks receptions may now be less favoured. Face masks are still mandatory except when eating and drinking. Regularly disinfect points of contact, hand sanitiser should be provided on the tables. Please consult the Exhibitor Manual for further details and a list of official caterers.

Promotional material

To reduce touchpoints please avoid any promotional material (e.g. product brochure, giveaways and business cards etc) that will be handled by more than one person.

Meeting rooms

Limited ventilation and current physical distancing requirements mean that small enclosed meeting rooms are not practical at this time.

Cleaning & hygiene

You must provide hand sanitiser and/or hand washing facilities within the stand design. All high touch points should be cleaned regularly with appropriate cleaning materials during build, show open and breakdown.
