  • Start planning for success at ILTM in Cannes

    We know there is a lot to think about before the event and we want to ensure that you have the most seamless show possible.

    Here's how it all works:

    Speak to one of our sales team about the best stand location and design for you, and decide on how many meeting diaries that you would like to have whilst in Cannes, each diary will give you up to 52 appointments.

    Only the very best buyers in luxury travel are invited, there is a very thorough selection process, followed by a process where we match you with buyers based on your business objectives. You will receive a diary of up to 52 appointments to be held at the show from a select database of up to 1500 buyers. The appointments are pre-scheduled and last 20 minutes each.

    After the matching process has taken place, you are given access to view your appointments in an online diary before being offered the chance to arrange self-scheduled appointments to fill any time that you may have. Two weeks before the show, your diary will be finalised and you will be able to ensure that you are fully prepared for all of your meetings.

    We provide the floor space, you source your own stand designers and suppliers to construct your stand.

    We do it for you (luxury shell scheme)

    We can help you build your stand, giving you more time to focus on planning your meetings.

  • The package

    A bespoke online diary of up to 52 one-to-one appointments with quality buyers; access to the world’s top media editors through a variety of events; entry into the highly regarded and invigorating ILTM Global Forum; invitations to the official ILTM opening party at the Grand Hyatt Martinez and the opportunity to purchase additional delegate badges to bring along your team.

  • The process

    If your enquiry is successful, you will receive an invitation to attend ILTM. Each diary will consist of up to 52 appointments. Each appointment lasts 20 minutes, with a 10 minute break in between to prepare for your next appointment.

    Your Appointment Diary is based on the preference selections that are made by both buyers and yourself. Once you have received your Appointment Diary, you have the opportunity to fill any spaces with Self-Scheduled Appointments. Your Appointment Diary will be available to view before the event in your Exhibitor Portal.

    Each meeting will take place on Exhibitor stands and it is the role of the buyers to move from appointment to appointment.

  • The investment - 2017 rates

    Space Only -  €1,335 per m² 
    Luxury Shell Scheme - €1,530 per m²

    Minimum stand build 9m² (one set of appointments per 4.5 m²). Exhibitor personnel badges can be purchased at €675 + TVA. Personnel registered onsite during the event will be subject to an additional handling fee.
