Expression of Interest Form

To participate at any ILTM event, all participants must be previously qualified and approved in writing by RX.

Criteria needed to qualify as an ILTM North America Buyer ("With Accommodation", "With Flight Contribution", "Appointment Only" or "Executive Buyer") are:

• Buyer must be based in the North America region
• Buyer must operate on an outbound basis to multiple markets, across a minimum of two continents
• Buyer will need to provide evidence of recent direct bookings placed in luxury travel by way of two booking references. All bookings must show proof of completion within the past twelve months
• Buyer must be an established player in the marketplace for a minimum of 12 months
• Buyer must be a senior decision maker with the authority to procure travel products and services
• Buyer does NOT intend to sell or promote their product at the Event
