  • How to qualify as an ILTM Africa buyer

    ILTM Africa provides access to luxury travel professionals, professionals that really have the power to buy. They understand what the new trends in luxury mean for their clients and are qualified against strict criteria before being accepted as a buyer.

  • Who are we looking for?

    We can only accept buyers that place regular inbound business and those that service a current client base of high net worth individuals. ILTM Africa buyers are invited and qualified under strict criteria including: purchasing authority, client base of High Net Worth Individuals, regular outbound business and future business potential.

    The types of companies that we are looking for include: private travel designers, retail travel agencies, concierge companies and outbound tour operators.

  • Criteria you must meet to qualify as an ILTM Africa buyer

    • You must operate on an outbound basis booking African product
    • Show evidence of recent or future bookings placed in luxury travel
    • You MUST provide us with three references, two of which must be direct luxury property bookings. Bookings must be made in the last 60 days or for future months
    • Be an established player in the market place for a minimum of 12 months
    • Be a senior decision maker with the authority to procure luxury travel products and services
    • You do not intend to sell or promote your product at ILTM Africa.
  • As a Buyer at ILTM Africa you will receive:

    Four day event programme; full diary of up to 52 appointments via the Pre-Scheduled Appointment system; access to the ILTM Africa Forum and entry to all evening networking events. Up to 4 nights' accommodation and return transfers are also available (subject to availability). Buyers are Obligated to attend all appointments.
