  • How to qualify as a buyer for ILTM Asia Pacific

    We only accept the very best luxury buyers in the industry; all applicants for ILTM Asia Pacific are required to fulfill a strict criteria and will be asked for reference checks. Buyers in attendance will meet with the best of the best in the industry combining a blend of luxury products and experiences - from cruise and culture, to exhilarating and experiential adventurists, to boutique and global networks of luxury hotels.

  • What are we looking for?

    We can only accept buyers that place regular outbound business and those that service a current client base of high net worth individuals.

    ILTM Asia Pacific buyers are invited and qualified under strict criteria including: purchasing authority, client base of high net worth individuals, regular outbound business and future business potential.

    The types of companies that we are looking for include: private travel designers, retail travel agencies, concierge companies and outbound tour operators.

  • Criteria you must meet to qualify as an ILTM Asia Pacific buyer

    • You must operate within the Asia Pacific region on an outbound basis to multiple markets, across a minimum of two continents
    • Show evidence of recent or future bookings placed in luxury travel
    • You MUST provide us with three references, two of which must be direct luxury property bookings - all bookings must be made in the last 60 days or for future months
    • Be an established player in the market place for a minimum of 12 months
    • Be a senior decision maker with the authority to procure luxury travel products and services
    • You do not intend to sell or promote your product at ILTM Asia Pacific.
  • What kind of buyer are you?

    When attending ILTM Asia Pacific, there are three different buyer options.

    Regardless of type, all buyers will receive a four day event programme including access to the Educational Programme, entry to all networking events and a full diary of appointments.

    Appointments: Managing your appointments via the Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA) system is compulsory.

    Travel and accommodation: You will receive up to 4 nights’ accommodation.*

    Apply as a buyer

    Appointments: Managing your appointments via the Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA) system is compulsory.

    Travel and accommodation: All such expenses will be at your own cost.

    Apply as an appointment only buyer

    Appointments: Managing your appointments via the Self-Scheduled Appointment (SSA) tool is available, if required.

    Travel and accommodation: All such expenses will be at your own cost.
